Serving our guests... requires a team effort...and teams need leaders! Working as a seasonal manager in Yellowstone means creating a high-functioning team from a diverse group of employees, many of whom have little or no prior experience in the hospitality industry.

If you have supervisory or management experience and you want to lead the crew, this could be the place for you to spend a summer or a lifetime! Our managers receive special housing consideration and competitive pay AND Yellowstone as their backyard!

All Xanterra managers are expected to be "on the floor" with staff during their work hours. Daily paperwork and payroll are necessary duties each day. When finished, our Managers join their teams in creating an exceptional guest service experience for all.

Dress standards vary for managers depending on department. Managers wear either a department issued uniform or business dress, including neckties and dress shirts for men and business casual for women. Safe, non-skid shoes are a must for all Food and Beverage Department personnel.
