About the Job...
Hosts... Set the tone for our guest's dining experience. Whether it is taking a dinner reservation
over the phone or greeting guests in person, first impressions count. Hosts are
responsible for knowing which tables are available to guests, which server should be seated with guests next, and how
to handle a wide variety of guest situations and answer all kinds of questions. Finally, it is seating guests comfortably
and introducing them to their servers. Hosting is a demanding job, requiring excellent people skills, quick thinking, and
working as part of a team. It is a physical job as well, requiring several miles of walking each shift!
Hosts wear uniforms provided by the company. Employees must provide their own black leather, close-toed, non-skid shoes,
black socks and black belt.
