Cocktail Servers....
offer our guests alcoholic beverages and appetizers in one of our many lounges or bars. Cocktail servers must have some experience and be 21 years old or older.

Uniforms are provided by the company. Employees must provide black leather, close-toed, no-skid shoes.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Bar Lead, Bartender and/or Food and Beverage Manager on duty.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform all job duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner.

Provide gracious and professional beverage service in an efficient manner.

Act in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and
   and communications are within guest view.

Maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards.

Develop and promote a teamwork attitude with all co-workers.

Knowledge of brand selections, prices and garnishes.

Keep the cocktail lounge and bar clean, orderly and properly stocked.

Complete assigned duties with each shift.

Follow and maintain all systems and procedures established by the company.

Maintain open and positive communication with supervisors and co-workers.

Make a reasonable effort to prevent a guest from becoming intoxicated.

Participate in the T.I.P.S. program toward the goal of certification.

Solicit identification when serving a minor is an issue.

Follow company and departmental environmental practices to minimize wasted energy and resources.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of brands and selections.

Knowledge of all drink recipes and pricing.

Knowledge of basic sanitation.

Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.

Knowledge of Point of Sale or cash register system.

Physical requirements include:
    Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
    Able to carry heavy drink trays
    Able to work with and use various kitchen instruments and equipment
    Able to stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours each day
    Bending and kneeling
    Stretching and reaching
    Working with required chemicals
